This website is operated by Maven Blend, trade licence 1329128, a fragrance house in the United Arab Emirates trading as Maven Blend. You can contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 981 0500, by email at [email protected] or through the contact page.

We sell fragrances for the car and the home: concentrated fragrance oils in hanging bottles and vent clips, and fragrance sprays and reed diffusers for rooms. Product descriptions, scent notes and sizes are given as accurately as we can; colours of bottles and packaging may vary slightly from the images. Our products are not for consumption or for use on the skin, and must be kept away from children, pets, heat and open flame.

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the rate applicable in the UAE. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order. Delivery is charged separately as set out in the Shipping Policy and shown in your bag before you order. If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will tell you before confirming and you may cancel at no cost.

An order sent from your bag — on WhatsApp or through the contact form — is an offer to buy. We confirm each order in writing (by WhatsApp or email) with the items, the total including delivery, the delivery address and the expected delivery day; the contract is made when we send that confirmation. We may decline an order, for example because an item is out of stock or the address is outside the UAE, and will tell you if we do.

The payment methods available for your order are stated in the order confirmation. Card payment (through Stripe) and pay-in-instalments (through Tabby) are being added to this website; until they are live, payment is arranged with the confirmation. An order is not dispatched until payment has been confirmed, unless payment on delivery has been agreed.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, at AED 20 per order and free for orders of AED 150 or more, in 1–2 working days — see the Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to a AED 20 category fee for a return and AED 20 for an exchange. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full at our cost. The full terms are in the Return & Refund Policy.

You may cancel an order free of charge before it is handed to the courier by contacting us. After dispatch, cancellation is treated as a return under the Return & Refund Policy.

You must give us accurate contact and delivery details and be reachable on the phone number you provide. You are responsible for using the products as directed on the product page and packaging.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss caused by misuse of a product contrary to its instructions.

The text, images, design and code of this website belong to Maven Blend or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. The website is provided as is; we do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, its forms or its security.

How we handle your personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. This does not remove any protection you have as a consumer under UAE law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it; the date at the top shows the last revision.
