Privacy Policy

We collect personal information in three situations:

• When you contact us or send an order: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the delivery address you give us, the items you ordered and the message you write.
• When you order: the order details, the confirmation and any correspondence about it, and payment references (we do not store card numbers).
• Automatically, when you visit: your IP address and the time of each request, kept for security and to limit abuse of the forms, and the technical information any web server receives (browser type, pages requested).

The contents of your bag are stored in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you send the order. Your colour-scheme preference is stored in a cookie. Neither identifies you; see the Cookie Notice.

We use your information to:

• reply to you, confirm and deliver your order, and handle a return, exchange or refund;
• keep the records of sales that UAE commercial and tax law requires;
• protect the website against fraud and abuse;
• send you information about our products only if you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers who handle it on our behalf, each bound to use it for that purpose alone:

• the courier that delivers your order, who receives your name, address and phone number;
• Cloudflare, which sits in front of the website and sees the IP address of every request, as any web host does;
• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, when enabled on our forms, which assesses whether a submission is automated under Google's privacy policy and terms;
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy;
• a payment provider, once online payment is available, which processes your card details directly — we never see or store them;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order records are kept for the period UAE commercial and tax law requires. Security logs containing IP addresses are discarded within a short period.

The website is served only over HTTPS. Its servers accept connections only through Cloudflare, and the systems that hold your information are reachable only from inside our own server. No system is perfectly secure, but the website is built so that the personal information it holds, and the places it holds it, are as few as possible.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where the law does not require us to keep it, and object to marketing at any time. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
