Shipping Policy

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only — every emirate, to a residential or business address. We do not currently ship to other countries, and an order with a delivery address outside the UAE cannot be accepted.

Delivery is charged per order, not per item, and the fee is shown in your bag before you send the order:

• AED 20 for orders under AED 150.
• Free delivery for orders of AED 150 or more (the subtotal of the items, before delivery).

Orders are prepared within 1 working day of confirmation and delivered within 1 to 2 working days after that. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays; an order confirmed on a weekend or public holiday is prepared on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, public holidays and courier volume can add a day; if your order will be later than the estimate we will tell you.

Orders are delivered by courier to the address you give us. The courier contacts you by phone before delivery, so please provide a number you can be reached on. If nobody is available, the courier will attempt delivery again or arrange a time with you; an order that cannot be delivered after two attempts is returned to us and we will contact you.

Once your order is with the courier we send you a confirmation with the expected delivery day and, where the courier provides one, a tracking reference. You can ask about an order at any time on WhatsApp at +971 50 981 0500, by email at [email protected] or through the contact page.

Glass bottles and diffusers are packed upright in a moulded sleeve inside a rigid box; sprays are packed with the nozzle locked. Every parcel is checked before it leaves. If a parcel arrives damaged, see the Return & Refund Policy — a damaged item is replaced.
