Add the fragrances you want to your bag and send the order from the bag page — on WhatsApp, or by email through the contact form. We confirm the items, the total including delivery and the delivery day in reply, and nothing is charged until we do.

Yes, free of charge, at any time before it has been handed to the courier. After that, cancelling means returning it under the Return & Refund Policy.

AED 20 per order, and free when your order is AED 150 or more. The fee is shown in your bag before you send the order.

1–2 working days after your order is confirmed. Orders are prepared within one working day; the courier calls you before delivering.

Glass bottles and diffusers ship upright in a moulded sleeve inside a rigid box; sprays ship with the nozzle locked. Every parcel is checked before it leaves, and a parcel that arrives damaged is replaced at our cost.

A hanging bottle throws scent passively through its loosened cap and lasts about six weeks. A vent clip uses the air-conditioning to carry the scent and lasts about a month per pad; it is stronger while you drive and silent when you park.

The car range is blended for a closed cabin in Gulf heat. Tighten the cap of a hanging bottle when you park in the sun and it will last its full life; see the blog for the full guide.

The oils are concentrated and are not to be swallowed or applied to skin. Keep bottles and diffusers out of reach, and spray room fragrances into the air, never onto a person or an animal.

Keep it away from the air-conditioning outlet and direct sun, flip the reeds once a week and use fewer reeds in a small room. A 200 ml vessel lasts about three months.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. A return costs AED 20 for collection, deducted from the refund; an exchange costs AED 20. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free. The full terms are in the Return & Refund Policy.

Once the returned item has been collected and checked, the refund is paid to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
